Kintyre Shelties is a small hobby/show kennel located in the Lake Norman community of Troutman, North Carolina. 

We began with our first sheltie purchased as a puppy from Barbara Kenealy (Rockwood) back in 1980.  With family and career changes, the dream of Kintyre was put on hold and he was returned to Barbara where he became Ch. Rockwood Kintyre's Rymin' Simon.  Simon is our inspiration to this day...

In 2000, it was time to begin again, and with the support of many friends old and new, we are proud to showcase our accomplishments here over the past two decades and our vision to the future.
